We started this project in May 2020 and provided groceries and daily needs to 55 families in Vangura, Comilla, Bangladesh.

We support the poor kids with kidney disorder who comes to the BSMMU Paediatric Nephrology Department for the treatment and unable to bear the costs of the treatment. We select the candidates based on the recommendations of the doctors of the said department and pay to the hospital directly to ensure proper use of the fund.

OUR PAST PROJECTS
HELP SAVE SHAHED
Shahed Hossain, 13 years old boy from Noakhali, belonged to low socioeconomic background, was admitted to BSMMU in the early 2019 and diagnosed with "End Stage Renal disease due to post urethral valve". He was going through hemodialysis on a weekly basis. His transplant surgery was planned expecting his mother to be the donor. We started raising fund to help this surgery. But at the last moment the surgery was postponed due to some unexpected medical complications with the donor. The raised funds til that point was then used for his dialysis, medications and routine maintenance for following few months.
HELP SAVE RION DAS
Rion Das, 14 years old boy from Demra, belonged to low socioeconomic background, got admitted to BSMMU with the complaints of gradual pallor, generalized edema and oliguria and respiratory distress in the mid 2019. He was diagnosed as a case of nephrotic syndrome on 2009 & as a case of SRNS on 2013. His transplant surgery was planned and donor was his mother. Accordingly, we raised fund to support his surgery and the surgery was done successfully in the early 2020.
